Ski Trip Reservation

Please complete the below form and pay the $100 deposit to reserve a seat on the bus and bed at the condo. Spaces are limited and are sold first come, first serve. Please note a deposit does not guarantee a space. If the trip becomes oversold, your deposit will be fully refunded. If the bus or condos reach capacity and time allows, we may try to organize additional space.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I understand that participation in the Topeka Ski Club is voluntary and that there are risks and dangers involved, and I hereby assume any and all risks, known or unknown, of participation in TSC functions, including meetings, social events, and trips. I release the Topeka Ski Club, its officers, directors, trip captains, and members from any and all liability for personal injuries, death, property damage in connection with any TSC function, including trips, and including without limitation all transportation, accommodations, social and sports events and equipment provided. By this waiver, it is my intent to waive liability and hold harmless the organization and persons described above and to covenant and agree not to sue.

I acknowledge that should I violate this agreement, I agree to pay TSC and all other parties described above, all expenses resulting from my actions and agree to indemnify them for all damages which might result. I have read and understood the above statements, by clicking next I am agreeing to and digitally signing this document, granting this release and participating in the Topeka Ski Club’s activities voluntarily.
