So, we’re into summer now (although someone forgot to tell Colorado), but for most of us, we just want winter to go on and on and resorts to remain open.
SnowBrains has been at Mammoth Mountain, CA for the last month and conditions have been unbelievable! It definitely does not feel like late-June. We also made a trip to Beartooth Basin, WY last weekend and the place is ripping…
And while the majority of resorts across the country have stopped their lifts turning until next season, there are still a few where you can get your riding fix.
And then, of course, once all these resorts close, you can head to the southern hemisphere…
Below is a list of resorts still serving turns, with their expected closing dates (all subject to change, of course!).
Timberline Lodge, OR – 8/31
Mammoth, CA – TBD
Whistler Blackcomb Hortsman Glacier, BC – 7/15
Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, CA – 7/7 (weekends only)
Beartooth Basin, WY/MT – 7/7
Arapahoe Basin, CO – 7/4 (weekends only)
Snowbird, UT – Indefinitely conditions permitting (Fri thru’ Sun only) #LongestSeasonInUtah
